1. What form of payments do you accept?
We currently accept payments in CASH, and through VENMO or CASH APP.
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept payments through PayPal.
2. How do I send a cash payment?
You will mail your payment rounded down to the nearest whole dollar amount to the P.O. Box address provided on your order confirmation email. We have found the most secure way is to send in a USPS Flat Rate Envelope. Included in the envelope with the cash payment should be your Order ID number and Email Address written on a piece of paper so we can easily locate and package your order. Make sure to add extra tape around the seal of the envelope to ensure it doesn't rip open in transit to our P.O. Box.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1 business day of our receipt of your payment. We will ship your order via USPS. Typically, shipping takes 2-3 business days. Bad weather and Holidays sometimes make deliveries take longer than expected.
4. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Tracking is always sent to the email address you used to place your order. If you do not receive tracking information within 1 business day of placing your order, please check your spam folder as the email containing tracking info may have landed there.
